When I decided  at the ripe old age of 37 to learn to drive and part with my hard earned cash I wanted the best.
After carrying out some research and asking friends and family for the  best  kind of driving instructor. What I found out was that to give myself  the best chance of learning to drive and passing my test first time was to find myself a grade 6 driving instructor, " do you know how rare it  is to find one of these  instructors in wales" believe me its very rare, but luck would have it that Green lights has  instructors of this caliber.
I like many other Green light students was frighten and lacking in  confidence  behind the wheel.  I owe everything to Jonhathon at Green lights driving school.
Over the months Johnathon has been very patient clear and concise with me.
I really enjoyed learning to drive with Johnathon and would always look forward to my next lesson which I think speaks volumes when it comes down to choosing the right driving school and instructor.
Johnathon was very punctual "on time every time" which in this day and age is rare, I found that there was  never nothing that wasn't too much trouble for Johnathon.
I have and will continue to highly recommend Green Lights driving school to learn to drive with, a  friendly  learning environment  and plenty encouragement through out, it just goes to show when you pick a grade 6 driving instructors to learn to drive with  you get the best and this is what I got with Johnathon.

Thank god green lights now have an instructor in Bristol. I have been learning for over a year with another school, and finally found green lights are now in my area. I've had lessons with a few driving schools and Green Lights were by far the best. They tell you the truth not what they think you want to hear. My previous instructor had booked me in for my test and there was no way I was ready. I had my assesment lesson with Johnathon and he said he couldn't take me on for 10 lessons then do my test as there was no way I was ready and he was right! (the previous two were like: "oh 10 lessons will be no problem!"). I really appreciated the honesty and booked more lessons. With his outstanding teaching my confidence grew and I'm pleased to say I've passed and I can go on to become a safe driver who has been taught safely and correctly. My only regret is I didn't go with them from the start.
