Siân Morris ( Sixbells ) 19/04/2012 I passed my test today. I had a total of 46 lessons with Johnathon, in this time he took me from a total novice to passing first time. He was always punctual with his lessons and turned up either on time or a few minutes early. He was really friendly and pleasant to learn with. I was glad that I chose to learn with Green lights driving school.

as a result, I passed with only 2 driving minors and 3 stationary
minors. Johns single priority is to produce safe and competent
drivers. His methods of instruction are renowned all over the county
and is the same for Fran. He is also a loving, caring family man
which adds to his fantastic personality. Unlike most instructors,
Fran and John will teach you how to be a good driver rather than
others who will teach you just what you need to know to get you
through your test.

So happy! john is fab fairplay, so calm,Patient and just a brilliant instructor! would recommend him to anyone! and definetly will be! i also made loads of mistakes the lesson a few days before my test %26 a few on the lesson of the morning of my test! but john still had confidence in me %26 kept telling me i could do it! and on my test, by just concentratin on everything john had learnt me! i did it! and currntly nearly 6 months months pregnant, i needed it more than everything!! thanks for putting up with me!lol! I was really nervous and messed up my lesson before my test and the lesson the day before but when it came too my test I knew I had to concentrate and remember everything I'd learnt and I passed (: I'm really glad I chose green lights and I would recommend them to anyone. John is a good driving instructor and even got up at half 7 so I could have an early test lol. I'm so happy I've passed my test! Thanks john!

Laura Dymond ( Bream ) 24/06/2011 I had a 30 hour intense driving course with Johnathon, and it was
fantastic! I found it really tough at times, but all in all enjoyed
it all. Throughout the week,Johnathon built up my confidence
totally, and even when something went wrong, he never blamed me for
it, just hoped that I learnt from my mistakes. The last day for me,
completely went wrong, and with my test that afternoon, I was
convinced I couldnt do it, Johnathon never 'agreed' with me, just
sat and listened to what I had to say, and some how managed to get
me to the test center without me even realising what was happening.
Where I passed first time!I definatly think, that for someone who
wants to build their confidence aswell as their driving skills,
Green lights is the best option for you!
Emily Mulley ( Abergavenny ) 15/06/2011 It was great learning with Fran. She was very patient and talked me through everything without making me feel like an inexperienced learner. What I really appreciated was her focus on making me a safe driver rather than simply making me pass my test. For example, learning all the pedestrian crossings, and all the info about the car under the hood will definitely come in handy now I'm passed. Fran went above and beyond with her teaching, making sure I was not only equipped with the knowledge that my 20 hours intensive driving gave me, but that I also had all the information and helpful pointers she could throw my way. And as a bonus, it was great fun! Thanks a lot!!

Donna Powell ( Ebbw Vale ) 27/03/2008 I've had lessons with a few driving schools and Green Lights were by far the best. They tell you the truth not what they think you want to hear. My previous instructor had booked me in for my test and there was no way I was ready. I had my assesment lesson with Johnathon and he said he couldn't take me on for 10 lessons then do my test as there was no way I was ready and he was right! (the previous two were like: "oh 10 lessons will be no problem!"). I really appreciated the honesty and booked more lessons. With his outstanding teaching my confidence grew and I'm pleased to say I've passed and I can go on to become a safe driver who has been taught safely and correctly. My only regret is I didn't go with them from the start.
